3. FUTURE PAID-ENTRY TOURNAMENTS
Blu Primal Tournaments may introduce paid-entry skill-based competitions in the future.
Paid-entry tournaments will not automatically be available to every user or in every location.

Users may not use a VPN, proxy, location-spoofing technology, false information, another person's identity, or any other method to circumvent geographic, identity, age, or eligibility restrictions.
4. SKILL-BASED COMPETITION
Blu Primal Tournaments is intended to organize competitive video-game tournaments in which results are determined primarily by player skill, strategy, teamwork, performance, decision-making, reaction time, game knowledge, and other competitive abilities, subject to the rules and mechanics of the applicable video game.
Blu Primal Tournaments does not offer or permit users to place bets or wagers on the results of tournaments through the platform unless expressly authorized under a separate legally compliant service.
The availability and legality of any paid-entry tournament may depend on applicable laws and regulations.
Blu Primal Tournaments may restrict participation based on a user's location or other eligibility factors.
5. ELIGIBILITY
To create an account or use the Services, you must satisfy all eligibility requirements displayed by Blu Primal Tournaments.
Different tournaments may have different age requirements.
For free community participation, minors may be required to obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law or tournament rules.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable Official Rules, participation in paid-entry tournaments involving cash prizes may be restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Blu Primal Tournaments may require proof of:
- Identity;
- Age;
- Residency;
- Physical location;
- Game ownership;
- Platform account ownership;
- Payment ownership;
- Tax information; or
- Other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility or prevent fraud.
Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification, account suspension, permanent banning, prize forfeiture, or other action permitted by law.
6. USER ACCOUNTS
Users may be required to create an account to access certain Services.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Maintain the security of your login credentials;
- Not share, sell, rent, transfer, or trade your account;
- Not allow another person to compete through your account;
- Immediately report suspected unauthorized access; and
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless expressly approved by Blu Primal Tournaments, each person may maintain only one primary account.
Creating alternate accounts to evade bans, manipulate rankings, enter a tournament multiple times, conceal identity, abuse promotions, or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
7. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
Every tournament may have its own Official Rules.
By registering for a tournament, you agree to comply with:
- These Terms of Service;
- The General Tournament Rules;
- The applicable Game-Specific Rules;
- The tournament's Official Rules;
- The Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy;
- Any published bracket or format requirements;
- Reasonable instructions from authorized tournament administrators; and
- The rules and terms of the applicable video game publisher and gaming platform.
If different rules conflict, the more specific rule applicable to the tournament will generally control unless otherwise stated.
Players are responsible for reviewing all applicable rules before competing.
Failure to read the rules does not excuse a violation.
8. FAIR PLAY AND COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY
Blu Primal Tournaments is built around competitive integrity.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Cheating;
- Hacking;
- Unauthorized third-party software;
- Aimbots;
- Wallhacks;
- Scripts or macros that create an unfair competitive advantage;
- Exploiting bugs or glitches when prohibited;
- Stream sniping;
- Ghosting;
- DDoS attacks or network manipulation;
- Intentional disconnections;
- Match fixing;

- Collusion;

- Impersonating another player;
- Circumventing bans;
- Manipulating geographic location;
- Bribing players or administrators;

- Any conduct that Blu Primal Tournaments reasonably determines compromises competitive integrity.
Blu Primal Tournaments may investigate suspected violations and request evidence reasonably necessary for the investigation.
Potential penalties include:
- Warning;
- Map or round loss;
- Point deduction;
- Match loss;
- Forfeit;
- Removal from a tournament;
- Temporary suspension;
- Permanent ban;
- Team or clan penalties;
- Ranking removal;
- Prize withholding or forfeiture where permitted by law and the applicable rules; and
- Referral to the relevant game publisher, platform provider, payment provider, or authorities where appropriate.
The severity of a penalty may depend on the seriousness, intent, frequency, and impact of the violation.
9. MATCH EVIDENCE AND RECORDINGS
Players may be required to preserve or submit evidence, including:
- Screenshots;
- Match result screens;
- Video recordings;
- Livestream recordings;
- Match IDs;
- Game logs;
- Platform IDs;
- Communication records;
- Check-in records; or
- Other relevant information.
Tournament-specific rules may require players to record gameplay for a designated period before, during, or after competition.
Failure to provide required evidence may affect the resolution of a dispute but will not automatically prove misconduct unless the applicable tournament rules expressly state otherwise.
Submitting false, manipulated, misleading, or fabricated evidence is a serious violation.
10. DISPUTES, PROTESTS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS
Players must submit tournament protests or disputes through the designated system and within the deadline stated in the applicable tournament rules.
A valid protest should include:
- Tournament name;
- Match information;
- Players or teams involved;
- Description of the alleged violation; and
- Supporting evidence, where available.
Blu Primal Tournaments may review available evidence and issue a ruling.
Tournament administrators may make time-sensitive decisions to keep an event operating fairly and efficiently.
Where an appeal process is offered, users must follow the applicable appeal procedure and deadline.
Blu Primal Tournaments will not guarantee that every decision can be appealed, particularly where immediate tournament progression makes reversal impracticable.
11. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND CONNECTION FAILURES
Players are generally responsible for their own:
- Internet connection;
- Gaming equipment;
- Console or PC;
- Controller or other peripherals;
- Game installation;
- Updates;
- Platform account;
- Power supply; and
- Technical readiness.
Tournament-specific rules will determine how disconnections, server outages, game crashes, platform failures, widespread service disruptions, or similar technical problems are handled.
Blu Primal Tournaments may pause, reschedule, restart, cancel, or modify a tournament when reasonably necessary due to technical failures, security concerns, publisher action, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12. TEAMS, CLANS, AND ROSTERS
Blu Primal Tournaments may allow users to form or join teams and clans.
Team captains or designated managers may be responsible for:
- Registering the correct roster;
- Confirming player eligibility;
- Managing substitutions;
- Communicating with administrators;
- Reporting results; and
- Ensuring team members understand applicable rules.
Roster changes and substitutions are governed by the applicable tournament rules.
A team may not use an ineligible, banned, unregistered, or unauthorized player.
Blu Primal Tournaments is not responsible for private financial agreements, prize-sharing agreements, contracts, or disputes between teammates, clan members, coaches, managers, or other third parties unless Blu Primal expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
13. PRIZES
Some tournaments may offer cash prizes, merchandise, credits, points, digital rewards, or other prizes.
All prizes are subject to:
- Eligibility verification;
- Compliance with tournament rules;
- Identity verification where required;
- Tax documentation where required;
- Fraud and anti-cheat review;
- Applicable laws; and
- Any additional conditions disclosed before entry.
Prize amounts, distribution methods, payment timelines, and eligibility requirements will be stated in the applicable Official Rules.
Users are responsible for taxes or reporting obligations associated with prizes to the extent required by applicable law.
Blu Primal Tournaments may withhold a prize while investigating suspected fraud, cheating, identity issues, eligibility violations, payment disputes, or rule violations, subject to applicable law.
14. ENTRY FEES, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS
When paid tournaments become available, all applicable entry fees must be clearly displayed before payment.
The applicable tournament page or Official Rules should identify:
- Entry fee;
- Prize pool or prize structure;
- Tournament format;
- Refund eligibility;
- Cancellation rules; and
- Any applicable payment terms.
Refund eligibility will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable tournament's Official Rules.
Users may not initiate fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest chargebacks.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
15. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Users must treat other players, staff members, administrators, moderators, and community members with reasonable respect.
Prohibited behavior includes:

Users may submit usernames, team names, clan names, profile information, messages, images, videos, gameplay footage, clips, logos, comments, and other content.
You retain ownership of content you own.
By submitting content to public or tournament-related portions of the Services, you grant Blu Primal Tournaments a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, promote, document, broadcast, or improve the Services and tournaments, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit content you provide.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blu Primal Tournaments is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by the publishers, developers, manufacturers, or owners of those third-party products.
All trademarks, game titles, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Users must comply with applicable third-party terms.
The availability of a tournament may be affected by game updates, publisher policies, server availability, licensing requirements, intellectual-property rights, platform changes, or other third-party decisions.
